The team
15+ years designing processes in industrial and services companies before bringing AI into the mix. The 3-layer methodology (Strategy → Processes → AI) comes from watching too many expensive POCs fail because nobody redesigned the process first. Puzzle was born to do it right.
We operate as a consulting boutique with real technical chops: every project is led by the same person from sale to delivery. No Senior → Junior. No "assigned team" that rotates monthly.
